Intro to surfing
Lessons are held during the summer season (Memorial day–Labor Day) on Saturdays and Sundays, from 8am to Noon.
We are a 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to empowering the historically excluded youth of the Far Rockaways through surfing. Our programs are structured with the goal to diversity and create long-term access to well-rounded mentorship, the surfing community, the outdoors, while incorporating sustainability and driving positive change in environmental movements.
To accommodate for the changing nature of surf conditions, we will confirm via email and notify all students beforehand the exact start times for class.
After signing up, please fill out our liability waiver and release form. Bring the signed liability waiver and release form for each registered student on the first day of lessons.
