Help us provide long-term access and mentorship to the Rockaway Community by joining our diverse team of compassionate organizers and leaders committed to addressing BIPOC surfing challenges and racial environmental issues.
Every year, there are cases of underrepresented children drowning because they didn’t have access to pools and education around water safety, how to swim and to read rip tides. We’re building a team to empower the youth of Rockaway Beach by providing long-term access to well-rounded mentorship and exposure to new experiences. Our passion is helping our mentees grow into confident, and environmentally conscious adults. Whether it’s surfing instructions, climbing, photography, partnerships, legal expertise, etc.—together, we will apply our skills and resources to amplify our mission in creating direct positive change within our communities.
